I Have Vertigo Help!!!

HELP ME!!!!! OMG!!! I have EXTREME vertigo! omg do u know what vertigo is!?!?! let me explain..

I was sleeping this morning and it was this little baby.. he was like 2 and he was black.. and he was skinny as HELL i mean he was nothin but literal bones.. and he lived in africa and needed food.. ( he was a trap baby) Definition - "Trap Baby" the little black skinny dirty baby or babies who sit in the white mans arms.. while the white man beggs us ( America) to pay to get them food and medical care. And i always wonder.. WHY dont u at least wipe the babies mouth off first!? clean his face then put him on tv.. but they have dirty faces with tear marks.. all the more reason for you to dish out cash. Trap Baby

so i was in africa and i was looking at one of these trap babies and i picked him up.. he was so cute lol and i got REALLY dizzy and i fell.. and the fall woke me up..but the room was still spinning!! i sat up and tried to focus on the far wall but it was VIRTUALLY impossible!! the room kept spinning to the right..i got sick and almost threw up..

no keep in mind.. I DONT DRINK.. I DONT SMOKE AND I DONT DO DRUGS!

SO it wasnt related to that.. my right ear was plugged up.. i have EXTREME allergies.. so i figured thats where the feeling was coming from.. i tried to get out the bed to go get some water.. and i FELL flat on my face lol smh.. i could not walk straight.. i am not lying when i say it was spinning literally and it was goin fast as hell.. and when it started to slow down.. if i closed my eyes it would just speed back up again.. so i couldnt close my eyes.. it was like 6 in the morning and i was very tired.. so finally it slowed long enuff for me to get off the floor and get somthing to drink..

then i went online and googled what in the world was happening to me.. and thats when i seen that it was from my allergies.. so they said pushing my forhead up againts something would make it go away.. i did that and it helped! lol i was still dizzy but eventually around 8 it went away.. and i was able to go to sleep.

so now im at work.. and you would think that i would be fine.. but IM NOT!!! im SOOOO DIZZY!!!! WHAT AM I SUPPSOSED 2 DO! everything is spinning.. not as severe as earlier this morning.. but its spinning.. and i cant even focus on the screen.. this is driving me nuts.. i feel out of this world. i feel like im just in another world.. where everything is spinning.. and they say this is gonna last until allergy season is over.. and its nothing that can be done - FML
